  1. I love it. Beautiful. Yes feel the things you feel. Repressing is bad. It’s not healthy. Feeling the feelings you feel whether it’s hate, anger, love, or whatever you feel. Just feel it. I love it. I’m so proud of you and I love you!

  2. I don’t feel that it is wrong to hate certain things, people who hurt us, the abuse itself, or the unfairness in life. Its how we cope and handle that hate where things can get messy.


    1. Yep! I totally agree. I wrote this over a year ago and it is interesting to reflect where I was then and where I am now. I did allow myself to be angry and furious and then I slowly just let it resolve through therapy and just realizing the anger was doing nothing for me. But I did allow myself to be angry because I never had been before.
